Large Tarts Make a Comeback

Preference for large tarts and cakes by cafes is making a resurgence.  With a lower portion cost compared to individual product, it makes sense that the wholesale trade moves in this direction.  Displaying a whole large tart or cake looks fantastic in the cake cabinet.  Use different tarts and cakes with varying colours to create an enticing display for your customers.
