How to order online first time using the Marquis de pastry website.
On the Home Page of our website "View Products" in the retail area. Drill down through our retail categories to find the cake you would like to purchase. Click on the cake and find details about the cake including ingredients and allergens.
Here you can select the number of cakes of this flavour you would like to order. Click "Add to Cart". Fill in your contact details and a password to set up your profile so you can return and see current and past orders.
Enter any comments for this order which might include requested collection date or ask us to phone you for delivery information. Choose how you would like to pay for your order from PayPal or Bank Transfer. Click the "Place Order" button.
Once you order has been sent we will be in touch to arrange a collection day and time from our kitchen at Ashmore Factory Outlets, 12 Central Park Avenue, Ashmore (behind Billabong and beside the Macro Pool Shop).

Drill down on the cake or savory product and find full description, product options, pricing, add to shopping cart, ingredients, allergens, portions, storage temperature, delivery information.

Updated opening hours for the collection of orders from our Ashmore pastry and bakery shop can be found under the category "About Us" on our Home Page then select "Opening Hours".

What options do I have when paying online?
What options do you have when paying online?
When using our online ordering process you have three options.
You can pay online using your PayPal Account. This is one of the safest ways worldwide. This means we do not have access to your credit card information as this remains with Paypal only. You receive confirmation from Paypal of the transaction and you receive the Paypal guarantees and our confirmation of your order.
You have a second option when paying for your online order with direct bank transfer. This takes a couple of days longer due to banking system protocols. You receive details of your order and information about our bank account details that enable you to transfer payment to Marquis de pastry @ ANZ Bank. When our bank confirms receipt of funds we will contact you and confirm your order.
The third option is to phone us during our opening hours (http.www.marquisdepastry.com.au/opening-hours) to arrange with our staff to facilitate payment using our eftpos facilities.
